This neon sign is a mood. Big yikes is the older sibling of ‘oops’. Acknowledging that you messed up but in a far more aloof style that says you really don’t care as well as saying, ‘This is your problem, not my problem’. Big yikes is for red wine spilled on the couch that you’re going to counteract by spilling more wine to create statement art instead of a stain. It’s a bad haircut that you gave yourself with a pair of blunt scissors just because you were bored, but you’re still digging the uneven chunks in your hair.
