And you're never on your own: a real designer on our team reviews every order before it hits the workshop, and will flag anything that won't read well or translate cleanly into neon. Custom neon usually starts around $500, it depends on your design and the details you need, including the size, type ( indoors or outdoors), RGB LEDs, brightness adjustability, and amount of neon.
50,000+ hours of LED lifetime - about 10 years running it 12 hours a day. Backed by a 2-year manufacturing warranty, full replacement. If something fails through normal use, we make you a new one.
The Studio covers text, fonts, colours, sizes and backing styles - which handles most requests beautifully. For logos, illustrations, or genuinely custom shapes, the "Upload your design" flow hands it to our in-house design team, who'll send a 3D mock-up within 24 hours. Free until you approve.
Yes. All our LED neon runs on low-voltage DC, stays cool to the touch, and is UL & CE certified. Safe for bedrooms, studios, over-the-bar, commercial windows - the lot. No gas, no heat, no fire hazard.
You approve a mock-up before we manufacture, so surprises are rare. But if your sign arrives damaged or doesn't match what you approved, send us a photo and we'll remake it free, fast, no negotiation. That promise applies to Studio orders and consultant service orders alike.
Both are great - they're just different speeds. The Studio is fastest when you know what you want (text + font + colour + size).
