Though I haven't unpacked my custom neon sign yet, I have to say that the staff at Kings Of Neon was incredibly helpful, patient and flexible. I changed the measurements of my order last minute and was promptly supplied with the new sketch. Delivery was prompt and the price was more than reasonable. Many thanks!

Finally ordered some neon for our home. Chose these guys because of their feedback. Ordered online. The next day received a friendly email with a mock up to make sure it was all good. A few days later our gorgeous sign arrived. Perfect. But I’d accidentally orders the wrong sort of hooks to hang it. Rang them. The guy was delightful and popped the alternative spacers in an overnight bag. Australia Post lost them. I rang back and offered to pay for the correct stuff to be sent a second time. They wouldn’t hear of it. This time the overnight post arrived. Absolutely fantastic service on top of a superior product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
