Politique d'expédition


We use a variety of carefully selected couriers including but not limited to Fedex, DHL, TNT Express or others. The courier used will depend on your order and location. Shipping times vary depending on order requirements, timeframes and locations. For anything urgent, please contact our Support team at custom@kingsofneon.com who will be able to provide a delivery timeframe estimation.

Please note that once items leave our warehouse, the risk passes to the client and Kings Of Neon are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.


NOTE: On international shipments, it is the responsibility of the Client to pay all customs and duties in the country the items are being shipped to. In some instances, there are no tariffs or duties payable. Please confirm with the Customs service of the country we are shipping the items to if you are unsure about the costs involved with importing these items. KINGS OF NEON are not liable for these costs or any delays in shipments caused by Customs. KINGS OF NEON will not offer refunds for items that do not make it to the destination by a specific date due to delays in shipments.

DAP (Duty at Point) - end user is paying duties & taxes.

All invoices are in USD or CAD (Dollars). KINGS OF NEON are not liable for any currency exchanges costs e.g. variations in exchange rates, fees charged by your bank or card provider etc.



Every KINGS OF NEON piece is made from scratch, especially for you. Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges. We have a strict no returns policy with any of our Products, however not limiting the rights and obligations under USA/CA Consumer Laws. We will not accept the return of items which are deemed to be ‘’change of mind’’.


Our items are quality checked before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If your item arrives damaged, please refrain from using the product. We kindly ask you take images and send to custom@kingsofneon.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. (please view our Help HQ page for full details on returns)

In the event you believe your order is wrong or you have received the wrong order, please contact us at custom@kingsofneon.com within 24 hours of receipt of the items.
