Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments which arel processed through paypal so all transactions are secure. We also take payments via paypal accounts, cheques and payments over the phone, email or fax. If you are shopping from any where outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept all major credit/debit cards. All orders are charged for immediately. For orders on items currently out of stock you may send your credit card information via phone, emai or fax and then payment will be processed once the stock becomes available. This will ensure you are put on the waiting list for the stock.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In this case a full refund will be issued.
Shipping And Handling
All deliveries in UK are made via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class recorded and all items will need to be signed for. All International orders will be sent via air mail. All customs and other issues will be dealt with by the purchaser.
Delivery Schedule
We process the orders on a first come first served basis. We will normally send your order to you within 2-7 business days depending on how many orders have built up. Custom customised Orders will usually be sent out within 5-10 business days due to the extra time required to design. For a more detailed delivery time email sales@kingsofneon.com.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you would like to reserve your item for when the stock comes available email us at sales@kingsofneon.com and we will put you on the waiting list.
Tax Charges
For all orders there are no tax charges to the customer
Credit Card Security
All card payments are processed through paypal so we do not store any customer card details. On orders over the phone, email or fax all details are destroyed on completion of payment.

Kings of Neon do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
As each pair are hand customised to order we cannot offer refunds. If you feel you have a valid reason for a refund please email us at sales@kingsofneon.com and we will look into the matter. We do offer exchanges on items that do not fit. There will be an additional postage charge of £2.99 for all exchanges.
